ORDER PROCESSING:

In Stock Items:

Please allow 7 business days to process your order. A confirmation email will be sent at the time of shipping, along with a tracking number.

Pre Order Items:

Please allow 15-24 business days after the pre-order window has closed to process and ship your order. A confirmation email will be sent at the time of shipping, along with a tracking number. Full payment on pre orders taken immediately, with nothing to pay later.

Please note: Any item currently in stock will not be shipped until all items are available! We encourage you to order Pre Orders and In Stock items separately to avoid delays.

Shipping Options:

Due to Covid-19, shipping windows have been expanded due to delivery delays. If you need your package sooner, please select the FedEx 2 Day option.

  • USPS First Class: 4-12 Business Days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 3-9 Business Days

  • FedEx 1 Day Air

  • FedEx 2 Day Air

  • UPS Ground 3-12 Business Days

  • Free Shipping (5-15 Business Days)

FedEx 2 Day Air does not count Saturday, Sunday and all major holidays. 

NOTE: To avoid delays, exchanges, and/or additional fees, please double check that there are no misspellings and that the correct street number, street name, unit numbers, city, state, zip code, are entered. Packages with incorrect addresses will be rejected by the courier and returned to the sender. Unrefined Undefined Apparel is not responsible for the shipping cost associated with returned packages. Customers must pay the returned package shipping cost before Unrefined Undefined Apparel can reship the order to the updated address. If you choose to cancel or return the order, the returned package shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.

Unrefined Undefined Apparel is not responsible for any shipping delays due to weather.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We only offer International Shipping to Canada at this time. Depending on your location & purchase, your rates may vary. Shipping on 1 Short Sleeve T Shirt is typically $18.00 USD for International Shipping. Unrefined Undefined Apparel cannot accept exchanges on International orders.

International Customers Warning: (Unrefined Undefined Apparel is not liable for long shipping delays, buyers purchase at their own risk)

International first class and priority mail usually takes 1-2 business days to process after payment clears and Due to COVID-19 minimum 15 - 30 (3 - 6 weeks) business days for arrival. There is no detailed tracking for most first class International mail. Please allow additional delivery time for customs safety inspections, time varies per country. In addition, some countries do have high risk of long shipping delays due to international customs procedures.

International Customs Fees + Taxes:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. Unrefined Undefined Apparel is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.
